Wykeham Lodge welcomes you to stay over in a traditional thatched, 1835 home with lots of charm and warmth of bygone years. We are situated in the beautiful Breede River Valley surrounded by mountains.Our guesthouse is to be found in the historic Church Street, yet within walking distance of the town centre. We offer seven en-suite double rooms and each room has a different charm, style and ambience. The white linen and comfort will make you feel at home while away from home. There is a beautiful enchanting garden with majestic trees and a sparkling splash pool. There

This was a pleasant stay with the room and bed comfortable. Overall no complaints except maybe the staff need a bit more overseeing.

Our arrival was not the greatest experience as the person who should have heard the bell was out in the back garden and his phone was on charge, so even our hostess, whom we had to phone to come from elsewhere and let us in, could not raise him. I stayed here for one night with my family. Very friendly staff.Its affordable and most def worth every sent.Its located in a quiet suburb so we were able to get a full 8hours of sleep

Wykeham has a wonderful setting and is ideally situated with friendly staff. Having stayed there in the past I was disappointed in that the room designated to us overall, looked tired and could do with an upgrade.

We needed a last minute winter getaway and a place with a fireplace, so Wykeham was a good find. Vicky was a lovely host and we enjoyed the company of her sweet cat.
