About Suites on 74

Located in central Worcester, Suites on 74 offers quality self-catering accommodation to business travelers, holidaymakers, as well as overnight guests.

We offer four apartments in Worcester's business district. The first two apartments have one or two bedrooms, a lounge, a kitchen, and a bathroom. Initially, these restored units were part of the original clay townhouse dating back to 1780.

The other two units are open plan with a mezzanine floor. Each studio unit has four beds, sofa beds, a bathroom with a shower, a second toilet, a kitchen, dining and lounge area with a television, and a built-in braai on the patio. A vintage theme is combined with modern convenience.

Secure parking is available under a carport. We are close to shops and restaurants and offer convenient access to routes with attractions, and wineries and farms. We would like to welcome all the guests here at our rural accommodation.

Covid Safety Approved: We pledge to implement a high standard of hygiene and cleaning protocols to ensure the safest environment possible for our guests. We adhere to the industry safety protocols set out by the Tourism Business Council of South Africa (TBCSA).
