Boasting partial views of the spectacular ocean, 207 Terra Mare is established on the second floor of this attractive well renowned Umhlanga complex. The apartment comprises a lounge, dining room, fitted kitchen as well as three double bedrooms. |The main bedroom is composed of a Queen-sized bed with an en-suite bathroom with a bath. The other two bedrooms are fitted with twin beds, which could be turned into King-sized beds upon request. Our property is prepared according to FEDHASA guidelines. Our staff have been trained on Covid preparedness including PPE, hand hygiene, social distancing and wearing masks, and we clean our property with all mandatory disinfectants.

Important Information
Check in is after 14:00 hours and before 18h00 on the day of arrival. Check out is before 10:00 hours on the day of departure
Quality linen, bath and swimming towels are provided.
The maximum occupancy of six persons in the unit (6 persons) must not be exceeded under any circumstances. Failure to adhere to this will result in the extra people having to move out with immediate effect, or the booking will be cancelled and no refund given.
The apartment is serviced daily except on Sundays and Public Holidays
This is a no smoking apartment. Smoking is only permitted on the patio.
GENERAL CONDITIONS:
•To avoid any misunderstanding, a booking constitutes a binding contract. All guests confirming a booking are advised to take out insurance to cover the full cost of their accommodation in the event of a cancellation. We will seek compensation for any cancelled accommodation that cannot be re-let, including premature curtailment.
•Accommodation will be automatically cancelled if the deposit is not received by the due date.
•Deposits are not refundable in the event of a cancellation or “non arrival”.
