Fresh and contemporary, the Mondrian Restaurant at de Stijl Gariep Hotel prides itself in being “proudly Karoo”. Local, organic and ultra-fresh ingredients are used to create their unique and stylish yet tasty take on Karoo cuisine.

The chefs are zealous about their beautiful region and constantly search for novel ingredients and dishes. Freshly picked seasonal vegetables and flowers come from their own gardens. A full bar and young, vibrant award-winning wine cellar is on offer.

Kids have their own healthy menu to choose from. Special dietary requirements for vegetarians, vegans, Halaal, Kosher and diabetics can be catered for by prior arrangement. Mondrian overlooks the swimming pool can seat up to 100 guests.
