Important Information
Guest House Rules
1. Please note no noise after 10pm out of respect for the neighbours and other guests as we are situated in a residential area.
2. No parties, No Loud Music on any part of the property and No smoking inside the units are permitted.
3. The communal area (Braai/Pool) is open from 09:00am to 20:30pm. Children must be supervised by an adult in this area AT ALL TIMES.
4. Jumping and diving into the pool is NOT ALLOWED
5. We do not charge a breakage deposit but expect you to replace the item broken at your expense.
6. We welcome children to this establishment, children must be supervised by their parents at all times. Plants and flowers must not be pulled out. Children are welcome to play anywhere except the parking area on the premises. Also please Note –That jumping on the beds and furniture is not allowed.
7. Please do not change the settings on the fridge as we have set them according to the manufacturer’s specs.
8. No chairs are permitted outside the units.
9. Please do not ride on the chairs this causes them to break.
10. Please note that in peak season (Long weekends) check-out time is at 10:00am in order to clean the unit before the next guests arrive.
11. We are a self-catering accommodation, this means we clean the unit before you arrive so it is clean and once again after you leave so it is clean for the next set of guests.
12. Irresponsible and inconsiderate behaviour will not be tolerated.
13. If you need help, our cleaner is available at a set fee per day which you may arrange with the host. Please ensure ALL BELONINGS ARE PACKED AWAY. Cleaning times are between 10:00am to 15:00pm.
14. Poor housekeeping and unhygienic living conditions are not acceptable.

16. CCTV Surveillance cameras are on all public areas of the property
17. No Additional Guests are allowed into the units or to stay maximum guest allowed is that of your reservation.
18. Right of Admission is Reserved, should any of the above rules be broken guests will be asked to leave the premises immediately. NO EXCEPTIONS. NO REFUNDS.
