Once booking is confirmed, Identification copies/Birth certificates of all occupants are required to be emailed within 24 hours to register booking and for biometrics. Bookings which are for stay date less than 24 hours, ID copies to be provided immediately.
A compulsory damage deposit of R3000 is payable prior to check in, peak season a damage deposit of R5000 will apply.
