About Yield House on Beach Road

This beach and sea front accommodation offers undisturbed view of the sea, the dolphins, boats and beach. Situated in the little coastal town of Port Nolloth, Yield House on Beach Road offers an idyllic seaside getaway. It is an excellent option for large groups visiting this part of Namaqualand in the Northern Cape.

The house is self-catering and can comfortably sleep 12 people. There are four large bedrooms that can sleep 8 in beds and with the further option of two single sleeper couches as well as a courtyard en suite bedroom that sleeps two. Two bedrooms have king-size beds, the other two have single beds that can also be made up as king-size beds.

The en suite room is ideal for overnight stays and couples who need a comfortable place to rest. This room has no sea view but it does have its own entrance, a double bed and shower room, coffee, tea and toast facilities, with a small bar fridge and a outside seating area to enjoy.

The house offers a lovely living area, a fully equipped kitchen and indoor braai facility. Guests can enjoy a book in the reading area while appreciating unrivalled sea views. There is a double garage for vehicles or trailers. The property also provides easy access to Namaqualand, an area especially beautiful during springtime.Located just south of the Namibian border, defined by the Orange River, Port Nolloth provides tranquility unrivalled anywhere in South Africa. There is easy access to the famous Namaqualand where the flowers are a sight to behold.After a day of adventure and discovery, guests can return to the comfort of the house. Enjoy a delicious braai while experiencing peace and tranquility. Guests can then end the evening off by relaxing on the patio while appreciating a memorable seaside sunset.

Beach: Flamingos and dolphins are commonly on this beach. The rock pools are full of fish and starfish, anenamies and octopus! The sea is absolutely freezing but the rock pools get quite warm. So beautiful and tranquil.

Spacious rooms, improvement on cleaning services (absolute no cleaning services), advert indicate laundry facilities - which was not in place.Establishments response:Future guests, please note that there is a full laundry but that it is not left open at all times. Please request access from management if you would like to do laundry yourself. We also have staff available who can do your laundry for a small fee.Moira, I am sorry that you experienced this.
