Xanske`s Place can accommodate up to eight guests and contains three bedrooms and a comfortable open-plan Kitchen and Lounge area sporting DSTV and Wi-Fi. (Just bring your own decoder and smart card.) The kitchen is well equipped for self-catering and includes microwave, stove, oven, fridge and dishwasher. There is also an indoor braai area for relaxed entertaining. There is a fenced in garden with a lovely patio and boma braai. We also have a lovely Wood Fired Hot tub for you to relax. You must bring own wood. We can order for you, a price list can be send to you once booking is confirmed.

The main bedroom at the far side of the house, dressed in old worldly charm hosts a double bed with spacious en suite bathroom/dressing room (shower. toilet and wash basin) The second double bedroom are comfortably situated at the front of the house with easy access to the outside entertainment areas. The third bedroom contains 2 bunk beds in a comfortable space and is safely placed in the middle of the house. A second full bathroom leads off the indoor entertainment area to ensure everybody gets a chance.

No Garage available, parking behind secured gates.

An outside shower to wash off beach sand and a laundry room with a washing machine is available to sort any other problems.
Visitors to Kleinmond have access to river rafting, hiking, horse riding and mountain biking. Safe swimming in lagoons, walking, hiking, bird watching, exciting rocky tidal pools, fishing.
We are Pet Friendly, just bring your own blankets/beds and dishes for your furry friend as they not allowed on our beds.
Hire canoes for an afternoon of fun on the lagoon. Visit the local golf course or Arabella Golf Estate. Several arts and crafts gift shops in Harbour Road. The Harold Porter Botanical Gardens and Stoney Point Penguin reserve in Betty’s Bay is only 10 minutes drive away! Please note we do charge extra fees that is not included in quotations.


Please note that we have extremely strict Covid 19 protocols in place. We do require taking your temperature on arrival and all guests to sign a register. We will also supply hand sanitiser , anti-bacterial hand soup and surface cleaner. We ask that you please make use of these items to protect yourself and others.
