Important Information
Cancellation Policy
If the client cancels the booking 56 + days before the arrival date there is no cancellation fee
If the client cancels the booking 30 – 55 days before arrival they are liable for a 25% cancellation fee based on the full accommodation amount
If the client cancels the booking 15 – 30 days before arrival they are liable for 50% cancellation fee based on the full accommodation amount
If the client cancels the booking up to 14 days before arrival, they will be liable for 100% of the accommodation charge.
DECEMBER CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE NO LATER THAN OCTOBER, ANY ALTERATIONS TO BOOKINGS AFTER OCTOBER WILL STILL BE LIABLE FOR THE FULL ACCOMMODATION AS ORIGINALLY BOOKED.
Any alteration to your original booking dates must be made no later than 3 weeks before your arrival date. You will still be liable for your full accommodation as originally booked if you wish to decreased the number of nights’ accommodation.
Deposit
The first night without add-ons is charged when the booking is made.
The period of occupation is from 12h00 on the day of arrival to 10h00 on the day of departure or as stated on the booking confirmation. Extensions are subject to availability and must be accepted as a separate reservation requiring due confirmation.
