Luxurious, modern yet adapted to the bushveld environment, is how the accommodation at Woodside Game Lodge can be described. The accommodation consist of 4 2-bed wooden chalets with thatched roofs, each with its own bathroom: 2 with a Bath, toilet, and basin and 2 with a shower only, basin and toilet, 4 permanent Luxury Tents on wooden decks, (to experience the true bushveld atmosphere) The Luxury tents are equipped with a King Size bed and a bath.
Our lounge, which includes a bar and dining area, is decorated with rugged furnishings, although luxury was kept in mind. These facilities will give our guests the ultimate experience in African Cuisine. A wide screen television with access to DSTV ensures that our guests are entertained, although they are far away from the buzz of city life.
All of the above mentioned opens out onto a wooden deck fitted with a swimming pool. Throughout we have ensured that the bushveld theme is prevalent and that our guests will feel at home. For those who are not interested in hunting and who would rather watch the game than hunt it, we have made special provision to view the game and bird life at our lodge.
We offer informal game drives in open 4x4 vehicles, with the best sunsets available leaving you with African memories that will last forever, especially at sunset and sunrise when the animals are abundant at waterholes.
