Important Information

WINK Aparthotel requires a R500 breakages deposit upon arrival. This will be fully refunded within 7 days of check out.

Any refund request has an admin fee of R20.00

Room rates are quoted per apartment per night based on a maximum occupancy of 2 sharing guests;
Room rates are inclusive of 15% VAT and 1% Tourism Levy per night; Rates are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR);
The VAT percentage can be amended at any point in time should government regulations be amended;
All reservation is to be made to The Wink Apartment Hotel in writing, including amendment or cancellation requests;
Accurate guest information is to be submitted to The Wink Apartment Hotel in writing no more than 24 hours before arrival including special requests.
All bookings are subject to the cancellation policy as stated in the cancellation clause within this contract;
Payments are as per the guarantee / deposit policy herewith defined in this contract and to be made to The Wink Apartment Hotel not less than 30 days prior to arrival via Electronic Transfer or credit card payment. A remittance is required for electronic transfers; Should payment deadlines not be adhered to, bookings without guarantees will be released to be re-sold.
No duplicate Reservations will be held;
Should payment not be received as per the guarantee / deposit policy, the full payment will be collected directly form clients upon check-in.

DEPOSIT AND GUARANTEE POLICIES
Provisional bookings will be held for 14 days should the booking arrival date be 90 or more days from the date of booking where after a 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking based on the total value of the full stay.
Provisional bookings will be held for 7 days should the booking arrival date be 46 to 89 days from the date of booking where after a 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking based on the total value of the full stay.
Provisional bookings will be held for 3 days should the booking arrival date be 45 to 31 days from the date of booking where after a 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking based on the total value of the full stay.
Provisional bookings will be held for 24 hours should the booking arrival date be 30 to 1 days from the date of booking where after a 100% deposit is required to confirm the booking based on the total value of the full stay.
Booking balances are due 30 days prior to arrival;
Credit Card used to make the booking, needs to be present at check-in as well as copy of owners ID or Passport.
