Terms of Service for Wingrock Guesthouse
1. Reservation and Payment:
• All reservations are subject to availability.
• A valid credit card is required to secure a reservation.
• Payment is due upon check-in. We accept cash and major credit cards.
2. Check-in and Check-out:
• Check-in time is [14:00], and check-out time is [10:00].
• Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.
3. Cancellation Policy:
• Cancellations made [30] or more prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made within [7] of the arrival date will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
4. Guest Responsibilities:
• Guests are responsible for any damage to the property caused during their stay.
• Quiet hours are observed from [22:00] to [06:00]. Please be considerate of other guests.
• The use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
• No illicit activities are allowed on the premises
• The possession of any licenced firearms are to be reported prior to check-in.
• No unlicenced firearms are allowed on the property.
5. Smoking and Pets:
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the guesthouse. Designated smoking areas are available.
• Pets are not allowed except for guide dogs and service dogs.
6. Liability:
• Wingrock Guesthouse is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to guests' personal belongings.
• Guests are responsible for their own safety and should report any hazards or concerns to the staff immediately.
7. Privacy Policy:
• Guest information will be kept confidential and used only for reservation and communication purposes.
