WINDFLOWER COTTAGE SLEEPS 2 ADULTS in 1 bedroom. There is a second bedroom which sleeps SLEEPS 2 ADULTS. This room is separate from the cottage and may only be booked in conjunction with Windflower Cottage for an additional R500 per night.. Important Information
Please note: same-day bookings must be done before 10.00am on the day of arrival.
The establishment operates on a self-catering basis. We can provide details on restaurants, laundry services, tours, transport and events in the city
The names of the persons sharing the flatlet must be provided when the reservation is made.
Reservations will not be confirmed until the booking form and proof of payment is provided to us at which time we will send a confirmation form with relevant reservation details to the guest.
Payment Terms/Cancellations: A 50% deposit is required to secure bookings. The balance can then be paid in cash on arrival if preferred, except for high peak period bookings which are payable in full 30 days before arrival.
If the booking is cancelled or modified within 30 days of date of arrival, 50% of the total price of the reservation will be charged. If cancelled or modified within 15 days of date of arrival, 100% of the total price of the reservation will be charged. Banking fees that may have been levied on deposits will be deducted from the refund amount. Quote totals will not be reduced should you be fewer guests than originally specified.
Discounted rates will be revised should the duration of stay be decreased or interrupted or payment terms not be adhered to.
The guest retains personal liability for the bill until the agent, or person that made the reservation on his or her behalf has settled it.
Electronic transfers or bank deposits are the preferred method of payment. We do not have credit card facilities nor do we accept cheques.
Rates are subject to change without notice. Quotations are valid for 24 hours unless otherwise specified. Subject to availability upon acceptance. In case of a double booking the payment that reflects in the bank account first will secure the accommodation and the later payment will be refunded in full.
Refunds on cancellations will only be made after payment has been finally cleared by the bank. This process can take in excess of 30 days.
