About Windfall Guest Cottages
Windfall Guest Cottages is located in Robertson, nestled amongst vineyards. It is set close to the Windfall Tasting Room as well as the Robertson main road, where there are cafes and quaint restaurants.
There are four guest cottage available, each with a unique features. The cottages are fitted with a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, private bathroom's and outdoor braai areas.
The cottages overlook the dam and has a backdrop of the Agterkliphoogte mountain range. There is a swimming pool as well as ample parking.
We do have a jungle gym for the little ones and a beautiful lawn suited for running around and being active, we have a pool which is enclosed to ensure the safety of your little ones.

Important Information
Accommodation:
All prices are in South African Rand and are quoted per person per night. We reserve the right to adjust prices without prior notice.
All rates quoted are purely self-catering.
Borehole water is used and is slightly brown in colour. It is safe to drink but if you would prefer to bring your own drinking water then that it perfect.
R400.00 cash fully refundable damage deposit required on arrival and will be refunded after the unit has been checked. This is up to the guest to make sure that the correct banking details are received and provided nothing provided nothing has been broken or missing, the full amount will be refunded.
Peak Season R400.00 per person per night, minimum stay is 2 nights.
Off Peak and week stays are R330.00 per person per night and for bookings of 3 nights, get the 4th night free of charge.
Minimum of 2 night stay.
Per Adult per night R400.00.
Child (5-11 years) R150.00 per night
Child over 12 rate is that of an adult R400.00
Child (younger than 5 years old) R50.00 linen fee
50% deposit to be paid within 48 hours, to secure a booking.
Please ensure that there are no breakages or that no items go missing as this will be deducted from the damage deposit to cover costs. This includes, DSTV cards, batteries for the remotes, and any other damages done to cottages and its contents.
Tastings at Windfall to be booked in advance - please give at least 48 hours notice.
There is one bag of wood available per cottage, if you require more, it can be arranged at an additional cost of R30 per bag.
Payments made by cash or eft. No cards or cheques accepted.
Balance of account to be settled in full (cash) or before (eft) arrival. Windfall Guest Cottages reserve the right to hold accommodation unless account has been settled in full.
No breakfast or dinner served.
No pets allowed.
No smoking in the units.
Please use the coloured towels to swim with and leave the white ones for the cottages only.
A 50% deposit within 48hrs of quotation/invoice to confirm a booking. A provisional booking is automatically cancelled should the deposit not be made in time.
If payment of a deposit is made via a bank transfer, proof of the payment is required, either to be emailed or faxed. NB: It is the client’s duty to ensure that Windfall Guest Cottages has received the payment notification and follow up for confirmation.
If cancelled 7 to 3 days prior to arrival - 50% will be kept by Windfall Guest Cottages
If cancelled less than 2 days prior to arrival or no show - 100% of the accommodation cost will be kept by Windfall Guest Cottages.
All cancellations must be made in writing.
Rooms are available at 14h00 and to be vacated by 10h30.
Guests to indicate what time they will be arriving.
Late arrivals must please be confirmed in advance.
No guests are permitted to check-in after 20h00, unless prior arrangement has been made.
A separate invoice will follow with banking details.
Windfall is not liable for damages or loss to personal property. Please ensure that you units are locked when you are not in them.
