There is a large wooden deck with tables and chairs and is perfect for sundowners. The house is surrounded by fynbos which attracts small animals, birds and insects which are entertaining to watch. The braai/barbeque area is situated to the right hand side of the house and also has spectacular views at sunset. Parking is available on the premises and the house is fully alarmed.

Pringle Bay is just over an hour's drive from Cape Town and is the ideal location for a beach breakaway.
