Willow Manor Guest House Brits is an elegant balance between the old and modern luxury accommodation located in Brits, which is a small mining and farming town just outside of Pretoria (52 km) and 88 km from Sun City. Our guest house offers accommodation in Brits with breakfast as an optional extra Mondays to Fridays, served at Skink 'n Koffee next to the establishment, lunch packs can be arranged, dinner prior to booking. Important Information
All accommodation is offered subject to availability at time of receipt of deposit and at the tariffs applicable at time of booking. 100% deposit per booking is required. Deposits may be paid by EFT, CASH deposit or via CREDIT CARD (Master card, Maestro card, Cirrus card or VISA). Please email proof of payment to [email protected]. All deposits are non-refundable. Please note that deposits cannot be transferred to the balance payable on arrival should the number in the party reduce nor can it be transferred to a date other than the date originally booked. Rooms are available for check in from 14:00. If an earlier arrival is planned we can store your luggage, by prior arrangement, until such time as your room is ready. All rooms must be vacated by 09:15am on day of departure to avoid payment for an extra day. If a later travel time is planned we have limited facilities for storing your luggage. Rooms not claimed by 20:00 will be re-let unless prior arrangement for late arrival is made. Prices quoted in the price list are subject to change. However, once your deposit has been received and your booking confirmed back to you the price quoted will not change unless you alter your booking. Any alterations to bookings must be received in good time. In the event of any cancellations not received two weeks prior to arrival date, and the room not being re-let, the person in whose name the booking was made will be liable for the full cost. We strongly recommend that you take out Holiday Insurance to cover these eventualities. Prices does not include breakfast. Meal times are pre-arranged and no allowance will be made for meals not taken. No refund will be given for any premature departures. It is a condition of booking that all guests conduct themselves in a responsible manner so as not to cause disturbance or annoyance to other guests. The management reserves the right to terminate any person’s contract should their behaviour be deemed unacceptable and no refund will be given. Any breakages or damage to property will be made good and the cost charged to the person in whose name the booking was made.
