Important Information
Deposit Policy: A 50% deposit is required when booking accommodation. Balance is due at check-in and may be paid by card only as Willow Pond Lodge is a cashless environment. Please note that we are unable to accommodate children under the age of four years old. Infants and toddlers outside of their normal home routines can be surprisingly restless and can disrupt the enjoyment expected by guests. Our desire is that everyone enjoys their visit and is spared those awkward moments at breakfast after a sleepless night. Please exercise your best judgment concerning your child and their ability to adapt to lodge decorum. Smoking Policy: In compliance with legislation the entire lodge, including all guest rooms is a smoke free area. Smoking is permitted at a distance of five metres from the main building and thatched venue. Swimming Pool Policy: Use of the pool is restricted to registered guests only and may not be used by day visitors or venue patrons. Pet Policy:Regretfully we are unable to accommodate pets on the property. House Rules:-Check-In Time: Guests may check-in from 2:00 pm (14:00). Earlier check-in may be possible by arrangement.-No noise after 10:00 pm (10:00) Sunday to Thursday.-No noise after 11:00 pm (23:00) Fridays and Saturdays. A lost key charge will be levied at R50.00 per key. Any damage caused such as excessively soiled bedding, carpet stains, soiled furnishings, broken windows or appliances will be either cleaned or replaced and charged to your account. Check-Out Time: Guest are required to vacate their rooms by no later than 9:00 am (09:00) on the day of departure. (Late check-out may be possible by arrangement). Guest Rooms are to be vacated in the same condition as they were received at check-in.
