Important Information
* Respect other guests and maintain the quiet atmosphere at Wildwood. Refrain from loud music, loud talking and parties.
* Please do not loudly warm engines or play loud car music.
* Park considerate and in designated areas. Fines are applicable for parking in no-parking zones.
* Respect the property of Wildwood and other guests. Please do not remove anything from the premises.
* It is a fraud not to disclose the correct number of guests.
* Refrain from having visitors between 22h00 and 06h00. Visitors are not allowed to utilize baths, showers or beds.
* Use hot water moderately as it is shared with other guests. Do not waste water, as it is a scarce commodity in our dry country.
* Do not use private heating appliances, as they may cause fires.
* Electricity is expensive and in short supply. Please put off appliances when not in use or when leaving the room.
* Please do not litter. We are proud of our area and country.
* Rooms must be vacated by 10h00 and remember to hand in your key. R100 per hour will be charged after 10h00.
* Please ensure that you are familiar with the business times and specific restaurant times over weekends and public holidays.
* The use, consumption or possession of guests' private supply of alcohol on the premises of Wildwood is strictly prohibited. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in a R5000.00 fine per incident, payable by the person failing to adhere to the rule. In the event of a function, the fine is payable by the individual who booked the function.
* All rooms are non-smoking. Please smoke in designated smoking areas where ashtrays are provided. A cleaning fee applies if guests smoke in rooms.
*The cardholder & ID/Passport must be present at check-in.
*The credit card used for the online payment must be present at check-in.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total. If cancelling 120 days before arrival, forfeit 85% of the deposit.
