Located on roughly six hectares on Kalagala Island, Wildwaters Lodge lies on a unique private island mid-stream within the mighty River Nile in Uganda: around 25km downstream from Jinja in eastern Uganda. It’s in a sublime location and only reached by boat which makes it a very adventurous place to stay. Important Information
On checking for availability the following procedures must follow:-
1. All requests must be put in writing
2. Provisonal bookings made via email will be released automatically within 14 days unless a
deposit is received and with no notification or follow up from ourselves
3. An email booking voucher is required to show a booking is confirmed by ourselves.
4. FIT reservations require a 25% deposit to secure and balance received 45 days prior in order
to guarantee unless a signed alternative agreement is in place
5. A confirmation voucher is issued only when 100% of the payment has been received. Any
amendments or cancellations must be received in writing.
6. In the event of any increase in VAT, Training Levy, Service charge, adverse cost, exchange
rate, airfare increases, camping fees, concession fees, conservation or park fees we reserve the
right to adjust the contracts accordingly with immediate effect without prior notice
7. Lemala camps and Lodges may at its discretion not honor a booking if full
payment in advance has not been received
