Guests are spoiled to some of the best land-based whale watching in the world during the months of June to November! Dolphins, seals, dassies (rock hyrax) and dozens of species of birds provide a delightful and intimate experience with nature year-round. A private path through the fynbos takes you to the water’s edge and links to a walking trail that extends from Gansbaai on one end to the pristine beaches of the Walker Bay Nature Conservancy near Hermanus on the other.
