Bookings only confirmed once a deposit or prepayment has been received.
Cancellation policy: Peak Periods - if cancelled 14 working days or less a 100% cancellation fee will apply, between 14 and 28 working days 50%.
All other periods three working days or less prior to arrival 100%.Group, Long Term and Discounted bookings require prepayment.
Monies paid will not be refunded should the stay be shortened or cancelled unless the room is filled. An admin fee of 10% applies to any refund.
