Important Information
The accommodation rates are on Bed and Breakfast with Tax inclusive.
Rates are inclusive of:
• Express check-in and check-out
• 24-hour room service
• In-room laptop size electronic safe

• LCD screen with inbuilt DVD players in each room
• Complimentary daily local newspapers
• Unlimited supply of complimentary mineral water
Child Policy:
Subject to availability of suitable accommodation, children 12 years and under (maximum one) sharing a bedroom with two adults stay and eat breakfast free unless otherwise indicated on the rates schedule.
Where bedrooms cannot accommodate children sharing with adults, two rooms need to be booked in which case the single rate would apply to the room with two children
Payment:
14 days prior to arrival, (or on making the reservation if within 14 days), payment in full must be received by Westhouse Hotel Ltd.
Terms and Conditions:
• Westhouse Hotel Ltd reserve the right to request deposits or full payment in advance, in the case of large groups, long stays or high occupancy. All payments must be made in US Dollars or Kenya Shillings (converted at the rate of exchange prescribed by Westhouse Hotel Ltd). Kindly consider currency fluctuations when transmitting by bank draft or telegraphic transfer.
• Rates include all Government taxes and levies as applicable. Westhouse Hotel unilaterally reserves the right to automatically, without prior notice, increase the rates accordingly should such Government taxes
• Credit arrangements are on application only, directly with Westhouse unless approved, all group and FIT reservations will be on a prepayment basis as outlined above.
• Should payment not be timorously received, Westhouse Hotel Ltd reserves the right to automatically cancel the reserved accommodation and at the same time reserves the right to cancel or refuse to accept further bookings.
