Our family designed home has four double bedrooms all with private en-suite bathrooms, comfortably accommodating eight guests. Level living area opening up onto a large lawned garden. This house has a solar heated 10-metre swimming pool which overlooks the V&A Waterfront. It has a modern kitchen and facilities with all cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. All linen and bedding will be supplied for the duration of the stay with a cleaner once a week who will refresh all linen. She may be available for personal laundry and cleaning by arrangement.

Close to all amenities, shops, restaurants and bars in trendy Green Point. Easy walking distance to De Waterkant Cape Quarter, the V&A Waterfront with its myriad of shops and entertainment.
