The multi-storey house comprises five bedrooms, three bathrooms, a kitchen, a dining area, a first-floor lounge opening onto a deck, and a ground floor living area opening onto the outdoor braai area. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with queen-size beds, a third contains a double bed, and the fourth room is furnished with two single beds. The rooms share the use of two bathrooms fitted with a bath or a shower. The fifth bedroom contains two single beds, and has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. For convenience, linen is provided.

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a stove and oven, a microwave, a fridge, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities, and meals can be enjoyed at the breakfast bar or dining table. A dishwasher, a washing machine, and a tumble-dryer are also available for guests to use.
