About Waves Echo
Waves Echo is a luxury apartment fully equipped as a self-catering unit within walking distance from various restaurants, pubs, coffee shops and entertainment venues as well as one of Cape Town’s most beautiful beaches. Our apartment is modern but comfortable with adequate seating and eating facilities, and sleeps up to four guests. The two bedrooms feature crisp white duvets, blankets and bath towels. Important Information
In order for your accommodation to be secured we will require a 50% deposit to be paid into our account.
Please note that there is a breakage/security deposit of R 1,000-00 to be paid on your arrival (together with the outstanding 50% accommodation fee) as well. This will be reimbursed within 3 working days from your date of departure once an inventory check of the apartment has been finalized and found to be satisfactory.
Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment.
Also note that, if required, we can accommodate a 5th person at an extra cost (cost to be provided at the time of quoting).
