We are located between Paje and Bwejuu on a stretch of long white sandy beach. The villa is located right at the Indian ocean water's edge, with a lovely sheltered and private garden, refresher pool and private beach with padoga.

Perfect for smaller weddings - we can cater for up to 30 guests and offer a total beachfront space with catering and private chefs.

Important Information
Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
All Customers are required to settle 50% within 48hours of Reservation. Full and final payment will be requested 8 weeks prior to Check-in date.
Full settlement is required 8 weeks prior to arrival.Failure to do so will result in automatic cancellation and deposits forfeited.
Late payments and bookings reinstatement are subject to 20% admin fee,rates can vary according to the exchange currencies at payment.
Customers cancelling reservations within the 1 month/30 day period will be liable to pay the following charges - the time specified being the time between cancellation and the scheduled date of arrival:
Free Cancellation up to 1 month/30 days prior to arrival without penalties.
Cancellation within within 30 days of arrival date, will be charged 100% of total booking value.
