Important Information

* Children 2 and younger camp for free.
* PLEASE NOTE: The campsite does not have electricity.

DEPOSITS AND REFUNDS:
* A 50% deposit on booking is required within 48 hours to secure your booking.
* All bookings will be cancelled if payment is not received within 48 hours. Please use the booking ID as the reference number. The balance is payable on arrival.
* Additional fees will be charged for all cash deposits. R50 for all deposits under R5000 and R150 for all deposits over R5000.
* No refunds or credits. Not due to no show, late arrival, early departure, bad weather, pandemic or natural disasters, load shedding or for any other reason.
* No guest will be allowed to enter the premises unless full payment has been received. Any disputes regarding your booking must be resolved on arrival.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
* By submitting my booking I understand that myself and everyone included in the reservation (my group) herein referred to as guests, enter Wacky Adventures at our own risk.

I understand that all guests use Wacky Adventures facilities and activities entirely at their own risk and that Wacky Adventures, its owners and employees accept no responsibility or liability for any damages, loss, theft, injury, accident, or death suffered by any person howsoever caused.

I understand as the parent or legal guardian that I am responsible for looking after all the minor guests in my group and that Wacky Adventures, its owners or employees do not take any responsibility or liability for unattended minors.

I understand that Wacky Adventures is a family-oriented environment and that any guest not behaving appropriately will be asked to leave the premises immediately without a refund.

I understand that all damages to any property of Wacky Adventures will be for the account of the responsible individual. This includes but is not limited to, damages to the quad bikes, go-karts and vegetation.

The cardholder & ID/Passport must be present at check-in.
The credit card used for the online payment must be present at check-in.
We reserve the right to not refund card fees (transaction costs) in the case of cancellations or other situations where funds need to be reversed back to a credit card."
