Important Information
We reserve the right to not refund card fees (transaction costs) in the case of any cancellation or situation where funds need to be reversed back to a credit card.
Cancellation Policy:
* In the event of premature departure, the full extent of stay, as originally booked and confirmed, will be charged and no refund will be received.
* If cancelling on the day of arrival or 1-14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
* If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the booking total.
* If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the booking total.
Refund Policy:
* If a refund is to be processed for the guest, the guest will be responsible for covering any associated bank charges.
* Additionally, an administrative fee of R250 will be applied to the guest's account for processing the refund.
Post Phoning Policy:
Should a guest wish to postpone his/her booking 14 days prior to arrival date, a booking postponing fee of 30% of the booking total will apply.
Should a guest wish to postpone his/her booking less than 14 days prior to arrival date, the booking will be classified as a cancellation and booking cancellation policy will apply.
Should a guest be booked on a special rate and decide to postpone booking, to a date outside of the special rate period, the Special Amount will expire and the guest will have to pay the amount that is being offered at the time and will be charged an additional 30% of the booking total as a postponing fee.
No-Show Policy:
In the event of a no-show on the day of check-in, the guest will be charged for the full extent of the stay as originally booked and confirmed.
