Vipingo Ridge House A118 can comfortably accommodate up to a maximum of eight guests, and comprises four bedrooms, an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area, and a rooftop lounge area and terrace. Downstairs, there is a double en-suite bedroom. Upstairs, there is a double en-suite bedroom, as well as two twin bedrooms that share a bathroom. There is air-conditoning, fans and mosquito nets in all the bedrooms.

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering. The living area features a TV with DStv. This downstairs living area opens out onto an outside terrace and pool area. Rates are inclusive of one permanent member of staff and a chef, as well as access to the private Beach Club.
