Important Information
* Check-in time is after 15h00.
* Check-out time is before 11h00.
* An R500 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time.
* A cleaning fee of R450 is payable.
* No parties.
* No events.
* No smoking is allowed within the unit.
* Noise must be kept to a minimum between the hours of 23h00 to 08h00. If any complaints are received, guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately.
* No pets allowed.
* Please note that you will be charged R500 for lost keys.
* A travel cot and mattress are available on request before arrival, subject to availability, at an additional cost. Guests will need to bring their cot bedding and linen.
If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total. If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit. If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit. If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.
