Each level has a utility room with laundry facilities including a washing machine and dryer.

The outdoor area has a swimming pool and large terrace with sunbathers and an outdoor shower. The swimming pool has a jet for anti-current swimming and an entrance with rails to help disabled people. The house also features table tennis, outdoor fireplace and four parking bays.
