Each charming Classic Double Chalet consists of one bedroom and one bathroom. Each chalet offers a well-equipped open-plan kitchen and an adjacent lounge area with a TV. Each unit features a patio with a BBQ overlooking the manicured gardens.
The comfortable Standard Triple Chalet is a three sleeper chalet that consists of one bedroom and one bathroom. The chalet does not have a kitchen & BBQ but has a bar fridge and tea/coffee facilities. The unit leads out onto a patio with views of the garden.

Each campsite has a grassy area and access to communal ablution facilities fitted with basins, showers, and toilets. Guests are required to bring along their camping and braai/BBQ equipment.
The campsites do not have access to Wi-Fi access, but the chalets do. The guest farm boasts two swimming pools, a kiddie's play area, a dam, hiking trails, free-roaming wildlife, and ample birdlife.
Villa Rosa Guest Farm is located 11 km from the hot springs, 15 km from Bambelela Wildlife Care And Vervet Monkey Rehabilitation, nature and game reserves, and a variety of other attractions and facilities in the area. O.R. Tambo International Airport is 160 km away.
