Terms & Conditions
Please ensure that the full balance outstanding is reflected in our bank account prior to arrival. Please note that there is a R800 admin fee and a R600 - R2500 refundable breakage deposit as well. No keys can be released without full and final settlement.
The breakage deposit will be refunded approximately +- 14 working days after departure, less any deductions for possible breakages. The deposit will be held in trust and released to the bank account nominated by yourself. Please remember to email us your bank account details. Should the property be damaged either willfully or not, by negligence or not, by yourself or any other, you agree to pay for the said damages if it exceeds the amount held via the breakage deposit. Should you arrive at the property and find that there are damages, the onus is upon you to inform our offices immediately.
Please send us a copy of your ID document and proof of residence for FICA purposes. Please use your booking code in the subject line.
The premises are available for holiday letting only and are only to be occupied for the period shown on the booking form.
Sub-letting is strictly prohibited unless prior arrangements have been made with Just Property and agreed to in writing.
Please do not exceed the maximum number of people allowed in the unit. Failure to comply with this request will result in eviction with no refund and no notice period.
Arrival time is no earlier than 3:00 pm on date of arrival as listed on booking form. Departure time is no later than 9:00 am on date of departure as listed on booking form.
Caravans and tents are prohibited.
Unless otherwise stated or agreed to, in writing, no animals are allowed in the units.
No smoking is allowed inside any of the units, flats or houses. Should you smoke in the house you will lose your breakage deposit in full.
Should you require the unit to be serviced, please inform us 24 hours before the required service. A service cost will be applicable with each clean. Cleaning Services are not available on Sundays and public holidays.
Please adhere to body corporate rules and regulations. There will be a copy in your unit. Failure to do so, could result in eviction.
Upon departure, please close all windows and outside doors. Please activate available alarm systems.
Should the unit that you have booked become unavailable for whatsoever reason, Just Property will endeavour to accommodate you in a similar unit. Should we fail to accommodate you, we will refund you, in full and without prejudice.
Please note that there is a refundable breakage deposit fee that is payable before arrival and is not included in the rate. The rental agreement that will be sent to client after deposit was paid must be filled in and sent back before arrival. No keys will be released without the necessary documentation returned to Just Property.

Don’t forget to bring the following:
Towels for swimming and bathing,
DStv decoder with the remote and card or a Open View Decoder dependng on each unit.
Your own cleaning chemicals and toilet paper for during your stay. We provide the first roll of toilet paper for each bathroom. We do not do change linen for less than a 7 night's stay
We do not provide a cleaning service, but it can be arranged with us and will be paid for separately to Just Property. Should you require the unit to be serviced, please inform us 24 hours before the required service.

Check in no earlier than 14:00.
No keys can be released without full and final settlement.
Please ensure that the full balance outstanding is reflected in our bank account 14 days prior to arrival. No directions will be sent unless we received the full payment including the refundable breakage deposit. As the property keys are not at the specific unit. Keys need to be collected from Just Property Uvongo office, during office hours, directions to the holiday property will also be provided in an envelope.
Arrival after hours - Directions will be sent to the guest once full payment and the filled in rental agreement has been received
Tenants will be held responsible for all charges relating to lost keys or keys not returned after vacating the premises.
We cannot be held liable for any losses or inconvenience to tenants caused by an act beyond our control. In the event of any appliance being out of order we cannot be held liable for the replacement thereof.
Cancellation Policy
1.1 month before stay date: 50% of deposit is refundable
2.2 weeks before the stay date: 25% of deposit is refundable.
3.Same day or while here, or less than 2 weeks before the stay date: 0% of the payment is refundable.
4.A CANCELATION FEE of R700 will be levied on all cancellations.
5.This R700 is over and above the percentage already stated as the cancellation fee.
PS. A R250 postponing fee will be charged extra for postpone bookings, if the client cancels after postponing, there will be no refund. Postponing will not be allowed 1 - 2 weeks before arrival.
