Villa Juliana lies on the most beautiful, white and fine sand beach in Jambiani, located on the East Coast of Zanzibar. The villa is just 20 metres from the beach and boasts a 500-square-metre tropical garden and a private infinity pool.Villa Juliana offers accommodation in double rooms and suites and two family rooms. All rooms have private bathrooms. We do not use air-conditioners at Villa Juliana but ceiling fans in all rooms. Several windows guarantee cross ventilation. The villa is eco-friendly, and all electricity and hot water are produced by solar power only.
The layout was planned with a huge central open space. This allows all common areas like the kitchen, living, dining and verandah on both floors and the horizontal and vertical connections with the side wings to be easily accessible. The large infinity pool in front of the central verandah allows guests to soak in fresh water any time of the day or night while admiring the breathtaking ocean view.

Villa Juliana offers access for disabled people in wheelchairs in all indoor and outdoor common areas on the ground floors, including pool and garden access.
