The house has three levels with 2 garages and enough off-street parking. The lovely and spacious open plan kitchen and lounge area invites you in on the second level and extends onto the patio overlooking the beautiful Paradise Beach. The lounge is furnished with comfortable leather couches and an indoor braai. One of the most striking characteristics of this house is how well it is laid out and the stunning finishes that gives it it’s wonderful ambience.
The fist level offers 2 bedrooms. One bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet and basin. The second bedroom has 2 x single beds and a separate bathroom with a bath, shower, toilet and basin. There is also a lounge area with a kitchen and scullery. There is also a tv with full DSTV bouquet on this level.
On the second level is also 2 bedrooms. One bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet and basin. The second bedroom has 2 x single beds and a separate bathroom with a bath, shower, toilet and basin.
The third level offers a fantastic bedroom suite furnished with a queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom with a shower, basin and toilet.
Fresh clean linen and bath towels are provided which means you only need to bring your own beach towels with for the lazy relaxing days you will be sunbathing on the beach.
The stunning open-plan kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering with a lovely 3-hob gas stove and oven, microwave as well as a fridge, where you can effortlessly prepare meals while being a part of your family and friends’ conversations while they relax in the comfortable lounge. For family entertainment the lounge is equipped with a flat screen TV and full DSTV bouquet to ensure a great holiday experience.
Villa Boheme is very well situated and in close proximity to all the countless wonderful attractions in and around Langebaan, almost walking distance to Club Mykonos and just around the corner from Laguna Mall. Langebaan is a wonderful holiday destination and we boast with a 10-minute radius of the most delectable sea-view restaurants you will find anywhere along the Cape Coastal line.
