The first deposit is non-refundable
Cleaning services come every second day for general cleaning only. Any additional days required will be at the guests’ own cost of R400.00 per day.
The security deposit is R20 000.00. The deposit shall be paid together with the deposit of 50% of the total amount to secure the premises. The deposit will be refunded within 21 days.
