This self catering Villa has four bedrooms, all en-suites and a loft that opens onto a balcony with views of the pool and entertainment area. The unit is fully air conditioned and has a fully fitted kitchen and free Wi-Fi. It’s perfect for relaxation or fun for everyone.

Beach: Villa 1148 is situated on a private beach with secure walkways to and from it. The Umtamvuna river mouth joins this beautiful beach.

There is no smoking in the Villa.
Loud noises are not allowed after 10pm and guests can be fined for this as the Villa is situated on a Eco estate.
Guests are not allowed visitors without permission from management, for security purposes.
The villa is an 8 sleeper and no extra people will be allowed.
Children of any age are regarded as individuals and are charged for accordingly. There is no special child rate.
