Our private function room can seat up to a maximum of 20 guests. Complimentary projector and screen included in venue hire.
Children from 7 years and older are welcome at the hotel. 1. A maximum of two (2) guests per room. 2. There is no capacity for extra beds / mattresses / sleeper couches in our rooms. 3. T&C's apply

Important Information
• 25 % deposit will be required on confirmation of booking.
• Balance of payment is required 30 days prior to arrival.
• Views Boutique Hotel & Spa reserves the right to release bookings, should payment not be received by the requested date
• Should your reservations be made within 30 days of arrival – full pre-payment will be required within 48 hours of confirming the booking. Please note that as your booking is made in the same month, this is a non-refundable booking. Our cancellation policies will be adhered to.
Cancellation
Low & High Season
• 50% of total amount if cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival
• 75% of total amount if cancelled less than 15 days prior to arrival
• 100% of total amount if cancelled less than 07 days prior to arrival
Peak Season
• 100% of total amount if cancelled less than 60 days prior to arrival
Only written cancellations will be accepted.
Any refunds due will need to be approved by head office before payment is processed.
Child Policy
• Please note that children from 07 years and older are welcome at the hotel. (No children under the age of 7 years or infants are permitted to stay at the hotel).
• A maximum of two (2) adults are permitted to occupy one double room.
If three (3) adults are travelling or two (2) adults and one (1) child, a second (2nd) room will need to be booked and will be charged the room rate
We have limited family adjoining rooms, families are booked on request only
