Important Information
1. A deposit of 50% must be paid into the Owner’s account to secure the booking.
2. The balance amount must be paid 10 days prior to the date of arrival.
3. A house keeper will be included in your stay, and will have to come in at least 3 times a week during your stay, depended on public holidays.
4. A minimum of 10 days stay is required.
