Important Information

Valley Guest house Rates are subject to availability and fluctuations.
Standard rates are for accommodation only unless otherwise specified.
Breakfast is only on request and charges are accordingly
Reservation and Booking are only confirmed after Valley Guest House received at least 50% of booking charges.
Guests that wish to bring an extra guest will require the permission of the guesthouse manager and will be charged tariff.
Guest intends to extend their stays, we strictly require guests to confirm payment with the management at least 24-hours before the original check out time so as to secure their room. In any case if we are not able to honor extension, guest house will not be liable if there is no option of extension if the room is being booked by another guest. I.e. Guest will have to check out.

Keys must be returned on the day of departure. Any keys that are not returned or lost will be charged for.

The credit card used to confirm and pay for a reservation is required to be presented on check-in at the guest house. An imprint of this card will be taken by the hotel on check-in, in order to prove the card was present and confirmed.
We do not accept cheques as payment, only cash, and credit/debit cards.
All guests are required to pay their full balance on arrival.
Valley Guest House reserves the right not to refund any payment that is been made to us at any point in time. We operate a strictly no refund policy.

We are pet-friendly – please advise us of your intention to bring pets at the time of booking.
We ask owners to bring along suitable bedding.
Charges may apply.

You are liable for any breakages or damages which you cause to the accommodation or its contents. We ask is that you do report any incidents when they occur. We do not normally charge for minor breakages, but we may charge you for repair or making good if the damage or breakage is significant.

Valley Guesthouse operates a strict no smoking policy. Any guests caught smoking in the guest house room will be fined R150 and will be asked to leave immediately,

We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to guest or any of their party or vehicles or possessions.

Guest is required to off all electrical appliances including the air-conditioning.
We reserve the right to ask you to leave if your conduct or behavior is unacceptable or disturbs other guests and you will be liable for the full cost of your stay

Your Information is safe and strictly only for Valley Guest House, any information collected in the course of a booking will be stored on our databases. This will not be shared with any third parties but we may, with your agreement, contact you about any special offers or promotions in which we think you may be interested.
Internet
Guest is not allowed to use our internet facilities for fraudulent or illegal activities.
It is strictly not acceptable for clients to use our internet for major and large file uploading and downloading.
Guest's Credit card and important information will not and in any case be shared with a third party.

We are family friendly and accept children of all ages.
The only person of 18 years and above can make a booking at Valley guest House

Valley guest house has the right to refuse accommodation from a guest in the case the following points,
The booking has been paid through fraudulent means.
The booking has been altered by anyone other than Valley Guest house and its management or representatives.
The person checking in is not or cannot prove that he/she is the person named in the Booking Confirmation
As permitted under the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
The person who booked is below the age of 18 years.
If Valley Guest house suspects any threats from the Guest.
