UniqueStay St Tropez 510 is a three-bedroom self-catering holiday apartment, located within a secure complex and within close proximity of Strand's main beach.The main bedroom of the apartment features a queen-size bed, and an en-suite bathroom containing a bath, while the second bedroom is furished with two single beds. The third bedroom has a three-quarter bed, and the second bathroom features a shower.The open-plan living area boasts a lounge with comfortable seating and a TV with select DStv channels (please note, Wi-Fi can also be arranged, at an additional cost).
All properties have been cleaned as per the regulations. Our guest can be assured of a safe & healthy stay. There is a 72 hour window between stays, to ensure properties are sanitized and 100% ready for new guest.

Important Information
TERMS AND CONDITIONS – UNIQUESTAY (Pty) LTD
RATES
• All rates are subject to change without notice.
• Rates are quoted in South African Rand and foreign currency payments are acceptable at the daily bank rate of exchange on the date payment is received. Any bank charges involved with payment are for the client’s account.
DEPOSITS AND CANCELLATIONS
• 50% deposit of the total accommodation rate is required within 5 days of making the booking in order to secure the reservation at UniqueStay.
• The outstanding deposit will be the balance due 30 days prior to the arrival date.
• Bookings made within 30 days of arrival, require full payment.
• To safeguard UniqueStay against possible damages, a deposit of R3 000 is required when the booking is made. The amount will be refunded into your bank account no later than one week after your function, should there be no damages.
• A check out cleaning fee is charged with all bookings. Additional cleaning is available at an additional rate.
• Cancellation outside 30 days prior to the arrival date will result in a loss of 50% deposit.
• Cancellation 14 days prior to arrival, 25% of the deposit refunded.
• Cancellation of 14 – 0 days prior to the arrival date will result in a 100% loss of total amount agreed upon.
SMOKING
• In accordance with South Africa’s legislation, all indoor facilities are strictly non-smoking areas.
CHILDREN
• Children are welcome at UniqueStay, however parental supervision must be maintained at all times with responsibility for safety and well being resting with the parents.
ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE
• R250 meet and greet for check-in after hours on weekdays and weekends after 18:00 without prior arrangements of up to 48 hours in advance. Arrival times: 14H00 – 18H00.
• Departures: 10H00. An additional charge of R500 per hour would be charged for late departures. Payments made in cash to the manager on duty on the day.
