The Main House offers 2 rooms furnished with a queen-size and a single bed, 3 rooms with double beds, and an attic room that is furnished with a queen-size bed and 4 single beds. * Cardholder & ID/Passport must be present at check-in.
* All guests booking in are to complete the Guest registration form with complete ID/PASSPORT details prior to arrival date. All info is strictly kept confidential and not to be shared to any 3rd parties. Strictly for the establishment only.
* Credit card used for the online payment must be present at check-in.
* We reserve the right to not refund bank costs upon cancellation for credit card bookings, as the bank does not credit initial deduction costs.

* No smoking inside the accommodation.

* Breakage fee deposit of R2000 for the Family home, and R1500 for the Comfort cottage is to be paid 5 days prior to arrival date.

* Right of admission strictly applies - Kindly arrange permission should you receive and entertain guests on the premises.
*We kindly request that guests leave the property in the same condition it was entrusted to them.
