Cancellation policy & info:
* Once you confirm your booking, we honour it by keeping the room/s for you and blocking them on all our platforms.
* The full payment is thus 100% payable if you cancel within 30 days of your confirmed arrival date.
* The same applies to No-shows: 100% payable.
* If you confirm and change your dates after you have confirmed, the original booking is 100% payable, as well as the new booking dates.
* Should you fail to pay our fees and cancellation fees, you will be liable for all collection and legal fees we incur to retrieve the said payment from you.
* No smoking / No vaping; a penalty of N$5000 will be payable by guests who smoke in the rooms or public places.
* Once you book and confirm your accommodation, we accept that you have read and agreed to our policies.
