* Check in time is 12:30pm and Check out time is 10:30am*

Your room will be available from 12:30pm on the day of arrival, unless an earlier time has been prearranged with the Guest House.

If a Guest require a late time arrival time, this must be arranged in advance.

* Reservation and Booking is only confirmed after Tshedza Guest House received at least 50% of booking charges.
* Guests that wish to bring an extra guest will require the permission of the guesthouse manager and will be charged tariff.
* Where a staying Guest intends to extend their stays, We Strictly require guest to confirm (Payment) with the management At least 24 hours before the original check out time so as to secure their room. In any case if we are not able to honor extension, Guest house will not be liable if there is no option of extension if the room is being booked by another guest. I.e Guest will have to check out.
* 50% of booking is required to confirm booking, And Full payment is strictly required on Arrival.
* The credit card used to confirm and pay for a reservation is required to be presented on check-in at the Guest House. An imprint of this card will be taken by the hotel on check-in, in order to prove the card was present and confirmed.* By supplying your credit card information on our Guest House, Guest agrees with our terms and condition and authorizes Tshedza Guest House to charge his/her/its credit card for the said amount or charges..
* We do not accept cheques as payment, only cash and credit/debit cards.
* We are pet friendly - please advise us of your intention to bring pets at the time of booking. We ask owners to bring along suitable bedding , Cage etc for their pets.
* Children are strictly to stay away from the swimming pool, Tshedza Guest House will not be responsible for any damage caused by the swimming Pool.Charges may Apply. We reserve the right to refuse pets at anytime.* Tshedza Guesthouse operates a strict NO SMOKING policy. Any guests caught smoking in the guesthouse Room will be fined R150 and will be asked to leave immediately, Smoking in the room is Strictly prohibited as all of our rooms are Non Smoking room and we have designated places for smoking in the compound.

★★★★★ Kitchen smells in the room. Lot of noise. No glasses no towels upon check-in. No tea/coffee facilities in the room. Reception area doesn't deserve even a star. I can't recommend the place to anyone. I even moved out around 7pm to look for another place because of noise.

★★★★★ I did my booking on safari, on arrival i was told the amount i paid is lower than their rates and im supposed to top up. That was such an inconvenience and not appropriate. As i booked based on what was advertised. Because i booked for a friend who needed a place to stay , had to top up.
