Important Information
* 100% Self-catering re-consumables. Bring all basics e.g. Firelighters, matches, Coffee, salt, body soap etc.
* Wood is provided for the hot tub and braai with a grid.
* No children permitted due to the dangers of the Hot Tub.
* No pets due to territorial resident dogs.
* We regret that the property is not wheelchair-friendly due to the steps and the rough terrain.
* We adhere to a low-to-no-noise policy.
* Absolutely no day visitors allowed.
* Should you be unable to pay by Credit Card, please do an EFT.
* We do not have credit card facilities at Avani Reserve.
* The deposit is to be paid within 24 hours to confirm the booking request.
* The balance is to be paid at least 14 days before arrival.
