There are 4 Executive Family rooms. These rooms can accommodate 4 guests and consist of 2 queen-size beds. The rooms have an en-suite bathroom with a bath and a shower. There is a TV, a work desk, and a minibar.

Also on offer are 8 Executive rooms that can accommodate 2 guests. Each room consists of a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a bidet. Each room has a dedicated work desk and a sitting area with a flat-screen television.

The hotel also has 49 Deluxe king rooms that can accommodate 2 guests. The rooms consist of king-size beds with an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a bidet.

There are also 4 Standard queen rooms. Each room can accommodate two guests. The rooms have a queen-sized bed with an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a bidet. They have a flat-screen television. There is a sitting area as well as a dedicated work desk.

At Tripod by Pedestal, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we strive to be flexible with our cancellation policy.

Room Reservations

- If you need to cancel or modify your reservation, please notify us at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival time to avoid any cancellation fees.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled arrival time will incur a 10% cancellation fee.

- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled arrival time will incur a 20% cancellation fee.

- No-shows will be charged 50% of the total reservation cost.

Group Reservations (5+ rooms)

- For group reservations, cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the scheduled arrival date will incur no cancellation fee.

- Cancellations made within 14-7 days of the scheduled arrival date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made within 6-1 days of the scheduled arrival date will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

- No-shows will be charged the full amount of the total reservation cost.

Special Events and Holidays

- During peak periods, special events, or holidays, our cancellation policy may be more restrictive. Please check with our reservations team for specific details.

Refunds

- Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of cancellation.

- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

Exceptions
