Important Information
Please note that a R1000 refundable breakage deposit fee is payable before arrival and is not included in the rate.
The breakage deposit will be refunded in 14 working day after departure, less any deductions for breakages.
Should the property be damaged either wilfully or not, by negligence or not, by yourself or any other, you agree to pay for the said damages if it exceeds the amount held via the breakage deposit.
Should you arrive at the property and find that there are damages, the onus is upon you to inform our offices immediately.
The breakage deposit will be held in trust and released to the bank account nominated by yourself.

Please do not exceed the maximum number of people allowed in the unit. Failure to comply with this request will result in eviction with no refund and no notice period.
A non-refundable admin charge of R500 will be levied on all cancellations. This R500 is over and above the percentage already stated as the cancellation fee.
No smoking is allowed inside any of the units, flats or houses, should you smoke in the house you will lose your breakage deposit in full.
