The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, compact oven and stove plate, microwave oven, kettle and toaster. The living area has a comfortable couch and a dining table which overlooks the pool and garden area.

The bedroom is furnished with an extra length queen size bed and the sliding door opens onto the garden. The ensuite bathroom has a large walk in shower.

We are situated 5km from the Durbanville wine route, 13km from Cape Town International Airport, 25km from V&A Waterfront and close to the main roads.
Shopping centres and restaurants are nearby as well as home delivery options.

Fast uncapped Wi-Fi is available and Netflix and Showmax for your TV viewing.
One small, house trained pet is allowed by prior arrangement.
There is safe secure parking on the property behind an automated security gate.
The pool and garden are for your private use during your stay.
