About Toerboer Cottages - Tradesman Shop

Toerboer Cottages offers sustainability-minded, activity-centred accommodation in the historic heart of Graaff-Reinet.

The stylishly decorated units mix the classic Karoo charm with modern amenities and feature a garden and free Wi-Fi throughout the property as well as free private parking.

The Tradesman Shop is fitted with a microwave, fridge, a kettle, a hairdryer and a desk. The rooms are fitted with a wardrobe and a private bathroom with en-suite shower.

Our exclusive mobile camping with incredible mountain views and clear skies is located 20 kilometres from Graaff-Reinet and is therefore easily accessible.

The tour desk is available to assist guests in planning their days out, and the property is within 13 kilometres of the beautiful Valley of Desolation and 500 metres from most of the monuments, museums and a stunning selection of restaurants and coffee shops.

Family friendly: Access to a closed private park where children can run around and play. Outside area with a black board and crayons. As well as board games and children's books and some toys. No steps or other sharp corners. All on one level.

Covid Safety Approved: Only one staff member on duty. Trained in the correct Covid-19 cleaning and sanitising measures. Masks and gloves are mandatory. All surfaces and other touch-areas are properly disinfected. All the units have private access.
