Important Information
Bookings and payment policy: Bookings are not secured / confirmed until a 100% payment or deposit has been received 30 days prior to the bookings arrival date.
Cancellation policy referring to payments: If cancellation is Covid-related all payments credited towards a future booking within 24months.
Normal Cancellations: Within 30 days - if cancellation is non-Covid related: up to 21 days 40% is charged, up to 11 days before arrival 70% is charged and within 10 days of arrival 100% is charged. Applicable to full or part cancellations.
